Experience came before the company.

Itumeleng’s journey began with the work itself: learning the discipline, responsibility and technical precision required to deliver safe electrical systems. Over 15 years in the industry, she developed practical expertise across installations, maintenance, compliance and renewable-energy solutions.

Today, she remains actively involved in PALEC’s day-to-day technical operations. Her leadership is grounded in the same standard she expects on every project: work safely, work correctly and build solutions that last.

An idea strong enough to win.

After completing the Zimele Hub youth development programme, Itumeleng presented her business plan to an external panel of judges and won the programme’s business-plan competition.

Her achievement was celebrated at the graduation ceremony at The Park Hotel in Mokopane and featured on the cover of Mogalakwena Times. It marked a public turning point: years of technical experience were becoming a business with a clear future.
